Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your Rhyva account and all associated data.
Delete from the App
The easiest way to delete your account is directly from the Rhyva app:
- 1Open the Rhyva app on your device
- 2Go to Settings (gear icon)
- 3Tap Privacy
- 4Tap Delete Account
- 5Confirm your decision when prompted
What gets deleted
- • Your account and profile information
- • All cycle and period tracking data
- • All symptom and mood logs
- • All intimacy records
- • Your preferences and settings
Important: Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription in your device's settings before deleting your account:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
Can't Access the App?
If you're unable to log into the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:

Send an email to support@rhyva.app
Please include the email address associated with your Rhyva account so we can verify your identity. We'll process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation once complete.
Data Retention
Once your account is deleted, all your personal data is permanently removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes, but this data cannot be linked back to you.
